cougar999 Posted January 21, 2005 Posted January 21, 2005 Okay, I know this is simple and I am stupid, but I can find the answer. How do I edit a file, I keep getting an error mess saying "Error: I can not write to the file. Please set the rifht user permission on:" + File info. Where do I change the setting so I can edit the file and make it view what I want it to? Thanks

Thanks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Use a FTP program (cuteftp, wsftp...), click with the right mouse-key on the file you want to edit and then click on FTPCOMMANDS and then on CHMOD... put 777 in Numeric Value.
