Protect Admin Area - How?

Could someone please tell me how you protect the admin area? please..

 

I DONT have an option to do it through CPanel..

Even if you do not have cpanel your hosting control panel may have the option to protect folders. This is by far the easiest way so I would double check with my hosting company to make sure it is not an option before choosing another way.
