Install issue

At the end of a new install I get the following error message:

 

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'tmbdoll_osc1'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mystore\www\includes\functions\database.php on line 19

Unable to connect to database server!

You probably forgot to assign the user (permission) to your new database - you will find this in your webhosting control panel.
