fatmcgav Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 Hey there, I just installed the Support System v1d as per the install instructions. All went smoothly, then i tried to access the admin panel, and it gave me the following error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_get_supports_status_name() (previously declared in /home/angelxt/public_html/oscom/admin/includes/functions/support_functions.php:3) in /home/angelxt/public_html/oscom/admin/includes/functions/support_functions.php on line 3 If i comment out include('includes/functions/support_functions.php'); in /admin/includes/functions/general.php it lets me access the Admin Panel. When there, i can see and use certain elements of the Support Ticket system, such as modify entries etc, but i am unable to add anything. The above error leads me to believe that there is a problem in support_functions.php, but i have looked through for the repeat line tep_get_support_status_name() but i cant find it.
