secure certificate issues

Hi,

 

I have neither built not intergrated the secure certificate into this shopping cart but I have been asked to see if I can help.

 

At My Webpage when you try to log we get a secure certificate notification saying the certificate is in the wrong place.

 

I am sorry to give so little information but I really don't known a great deal about this. My understanding is that the gift certifcate is in fact valid.

 

Any thoughts appreciated.

If you look at your site with the www and without it you'll see they have the issued by as your domain name. The Issued By needs to be the company you purchased it from.

 

That could be the start of the problem. Where was it purchased??

Unfortunately I don't have any information re the purchase as my contact has not been able to get these details from the original web master.
