RisqueThreads Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 Hello I'm trying to add a new product to my easy populate file, and then UL it to see if it works as it should. I'm using the latest version of OSC and EP. My v_products_model field is all unique, and I filled in the attributes as needed. I go to upload the file, and I get no error messages - when I go to my storefront the item does not appear, nor can I find it in the search. Any ideas? Risquethreads

A little help?

Guest Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 I have a different problem: I create a tab delimited file with the correct fields etc and upload it, only the first item gets added. If i remove the first row (so my second product is now in the first row) it creates only that product instead! I definitely have the EOREORs in there, presumably why i can add the rows singly using import.. So from the base install i decided to try exporting the old products and reimport, without even opening the file! And the same thing happens only the first row gets updated. IS there something wrong with my install?
