Need help on Installation

i had just upload my cataloge to my hosting site via FTP, but when i try to open the web browser, i had encounter the following error message:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_db_query() in /homepages/12/d91474467/htdocs/includes/configure.php on line 13

 

can you guys help me idetify my problem?

Uploading the 'catalog' folder doesn't do anything unless you set up a blank database and thenrun the installation procedure via http://www.yourdomain.com/catalog/install

 

I suggest you go to the Knowledge Base and read the tutorial on installing osCommerce, it's very good.
