Additional Option Text Boxes Not Calculating

I installed Attribute Sorter Copier & Option Type Feature.

 

I added the options for only the 14K Gold Fill bracelet. Placed an order and everything was working ok. I then used the Attribute Copier to copy the attributes from this bracelet to the others. Then when I went back in to place a demo order, it wasn't adding up.

Place a name on strand 1, strand 2 & strand 3

 

When you click on Buy Now, it should add $50 for strand 2 and another for strand 3 but it doesn't. I checked to make sure that I had marked them to add $50 and I did. Any advice would be appreciated.
