dfnaccount Posted January 19, 2005 Posted January 19, 2005 Well I know it seems like a simple thing. But I have been looking for DAYS on here and other sites that help with OSC and I just cant seem to find anything about having the Store Owner emailed when an order is placed in the store. Our store is not really busy, and I would not want to be checking the admin every day to find out if an order has been placed. So it would be very HELPFUL if I could just have it that I am emailed when someone places and order. Like getting copied on their invoice or order. I have entered in my email address as the store owner. And I can get contact us emails but not for orders. Does someone know what I need to do to have this happen. Thanks
mugitty Posted January 19, 2005 Posted January 19, 2005 Go to your Admin -> Configuration -> My Store and enter the address you want the email sent to at "Send Extra Order Emails To" ... if you want to REALLY see something that doesn't set up right out of the box without some tweaking, try being a Foster Parent!

Does anyone also know how to change the top title bar so that it has the name of the Store and not the default OSC.... Do I have to change each php page? Is there not a way to change that in the admin panel. I did change the store name to "My Store" but it didnt change the page title. Thanks again
