Displaying my links on another domain

Hi Guys,

 

I am developing another site on a different domain which is not osc based but just plain old html.

 

What I would like to know is, is it possible to use all the backlinks that I have collected on my main site on the new site by inserting some php into the code?

 

Please respond if only to say no.
