Nizzy
I have my own small server running windows 2003, I installed a few copys of osCommerce for my friends who are on the server but now when I try to install osCcommerce I keep getting this problem. (I am installing to different domain name than the previous) I get past: /catalog/install/install.php?step=2 where is says A test connection made to the database was successful. when I continue I get: The following error has occurred: SQL file does not exist: /install/oscommerce.sql Looking in the directory on the server the oscommerce.sql file is there, I have not touched the structure. Database user, name and password are all correct. Can anyone help me out. Thank You.
Guest
on a w2k3 server you must have proper file permissions to install osCommerce. unless you understand file permissions on w2k3, you should probably start learning how iis works with file permissions for installatin and operatin.
