Blank Emails To Site Admin From Cart

I recently moved my site from one server to another.. the setup is basically mirrored, and the site has been working fine for about two weeks. However, over the past few days, I have been receiving blank emails by the dozens from the cart to the admin address.. there is no topic, and there is nothing in the email, it just -completely- blank and they come just a couple of seconds apart.


I'm also noticing something funny when I'm going to check on the status of pending orders in the cart - (I'm using PayPal IPN with PayPal as primary payment gateway) the status will have changed from Processing to Pending 5-10 times in about four seconds, updated successfully each time (green checks). I hope my customers aren't getting flooded with these emails as well.


Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions as to what to check, please feel free to voice them. I'm about to go through all of our PayPal settings on both the cart and account side again and see if anything looks weird.
