Group Emails To Customer Database

Is there a function to send emails to your customers?

 

If so, is there a choice of variants so you can target customers more specifically eg country, date, customer by product ?

 

How many customer emails can the function handle for a mail shot?

I know I locked up my server (because the ISP thought it was a spam bot) at 136 emails. I had emailed less then that before and they got through without issue. It has to do with the way OScommerce sends emails.
