Is there a way to make a featured Manufacturers?

want to be able to make a featured manufacturers section on the left or right side that will take them straight to the products i currently carry from them. Alot of times companies want front page exposure and will cut deals with me to put them up on my page instead of buried inside all the manufacture listings.

 

Is there a way to do this? I want to display like 5-8 companies at a time and rotate them every 1-2 months...
