Guest Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 I using the latest Geeklog update and have installed oscommerce without much issue. However, the email portion of osCommerce simply allows you to state if you are using SMTP. I am using a specific service such as smtpout.meyou.com and I'm not sure where or if there is a file in which I can configure these settings. I have successfully modified the geeklog config.php file and emails are successful sent without issue. Please Help. Lee

Lee <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Just an quick update, I tested the "email customer" within osCommerce and I was successful getting an email, however, it was like an hour later and it did not use the smtpout.meyou.com server. It obviously is not using the smtp server as setup in the config.php, so where is the config portion of the email function? Oh yeah, I almost forgot, I'm using win2k server.
