Dropdown menus on the header

HI there ...i hope someone out there can help me sort out my site ? I am wanting to add all my navigation to the top like the way this osc site is run

also i want to know how to get the module to allow for customers to buy without having to register as i think this stopping people buying from my site.

 

 

I am using OSC 2.2
