Sometimes my footer doesn't load

Hey all,

 

I am having a problem with a the footer not loading on my site, the first time the catalog is viewed from a browser window it doesn't load the lower bar. When the screen is refreshed it loads the footer normally.

 

I have been unable to find any reason. Any ideas?
