Quick Question for Newbie

I just installed a module and the last step tells me toadd the following link to the information box somewhere after the first entry and before the last entry.

 

'<a href="' . tep_href_link('domains.php', '', 'NONSSL') . '">Domain names</a><br>' .

 

....................................

 

 

What is a Information Box? Where is the file? and How do I edit it?

 

I'm guessing its a menu where you can chose the product.
