EP Error : Warning: move_uploaded_file

I'm trying to upload my first file of REAL products, as opposed to test products which have all been deleted. I'm using the same files that I've used before and now its not working.

 

Here is what I get (I added the *'s):

I'm assuming it can't find the correct place to write the EP file to??? but nothing has changed since I uploaded a file the last time. ????
