vina Posted January 17, 2005 Posted January 17, 2005 Hi, I just upgraded to ms2 and everything working fine, except all the customers past orders are not show up in the admin or Order History. I compared both orders in the db, they are looks right but just not showing. If i type the order # in admin, then it shows ok. Please help! Thanks!!!
Guest Posted January 19, 2005 Posted January 19, 2005 Hi Had similar thing that order history did not show anymore when I cleared the database for a start: - cleared orders in PHPmyadmin (did not change to show new orders again) - tried turning modules, engl language off/on -> no success - orders are shown in database - order are visible in admin by typing e.g. order #1 but don't show in order history (disappeard) - Figured out that order status was not defined in admin (I cleared it and did not realize the impact!!). - Solution: In admin (lang/currency) enter a new order status entry It worked for me, but did cost me some time ... I think you have solved the problem right, but however I can't make it happen as your solution: - Solution: In admin (lang/currency) enter a new order status entry Please help me to specify more: Right now, under "Orders Status" I have Pending, Processing, and Delivered with orders attached to these status. I can't delete it. I tried to create new status entry and move the old status to the new ones according, but it just the same, doesn't show up the rest of the orders numbers. Please let me know what exact you have done after enter new order status. Many thanks!
