" Any suggestions? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You need to go to USPS.com/webtools and register for a user ID and password for "webtools" after registering and getting the id and pass via e-mail you have to call them (they have a toll free number 1-800-344-7779) and ask them to switch you to production mode then in the admin section put in you user id and password. good luck Yehuda Like it says: One who is embarrassed will never learn!
