buttonpusher Posted January 17, 2005 Posted January 17, 2005 ok i just copied the catalog folder via ftp to my hosting area (hosting with registerfly.com) went to www.mydomain.biz/catalog and wham this pops up... FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it! now i did a test install on one of my other hosting companies server and all went well. i cant find a php.ini file anywhere using my ftp client so what should I do apart from cry (its taken me hours setting up the actual hosting and mysql, ftp etc etc blah blah) any ideas suggestions? urgently appreciated with thanks.

But honestly - even when it's handed to some people on a plate with instructions on how to use a knife and fork, they still can't be bothered to put any effort in. It takes the piss sometimes. Correction - it takes the piss quite a lot of the time. Rich.
