New BidPay 2005 v. 1.0 mod

this new mod for bidpay is for those you that use bidpay for doing transactions on for your customers orders.

all this file does is sort works the same as check/moneyorder payment does.

and all I did was modified the check/moneyorder file to work as Bidpay.

this will show up in your checkout process select payment method area.

and when the customer clicks Bidpay and hits continue their taken to the next page like check/moneyorder page does, but in this one they will see your bidpay email address instead of your full name to make payment to: user@adminonly.com

and you must have a seller account with bidpay.

I modified the check/moneyorder file cause I downloaded the old bidpay contribute from the oscommerce site and did not like the way it worked it didnt even show up in the checkout process so I modified the check/moneyorder.php file and renamed it to become bidpay.
