Administration logout?

Is there a logout for the administration area? I left the administration site and later was able to get right back in by just typing in the admin URL. That's not secure.

Your host should have the "protect directory" feature. If not you can create .htaccess directly (a more difficult option). Try http://www.webmaster-toolkit.com/htaccess-generator.shtml
