Rob123 Posted January 17, 2005 Posted January 17, 2005 Perhaps you would like to elaborate your problem. Tell us about the shipping module that you're using. Try to tell us why you think it's wrong. Help us to help you by providing as much detail as possible. Robert Quote

djs Posted January 23, 2005 Posted January 23, 2005 i have been waiting for days now any ideas?? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't use Canada Post, so I can't be great help, and it would be helpful if you gave more info on the problem (give an example, including weights, and how pricing is derived). I assume your implementation does an online lookup of the fees, and you feel the fees returned are higher than they should be. A couple of places to start: 1. Prices are usually determined by weight. Are your weights correct or are they high? Are you aware of the tare weight that is added to the actual weight? 2. Do you add a handling fee? If so, is that perhaps where the extra charge comes from? 3. If all else fails, can you add a 'negative' handling fee to subtract costs from the shipping cost that is calculated? Try setting your handling fee to -$2.00. Not a great solution since it means the problem still exists, but it might get you by for now. Dan Quote Dan Stevens
