Modules, Order Total - Shipping won't install

Hi there,

I was doing very well setting up my cart but for some reason under Modules, Order Total I can't install the shipping part. When I hit the install button it just stays the same. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the shipping.php and module.php but am not sure what else I can do. :'(

 

Any ideas why this is happening? I don't really want to uninstall and reinstall the cart as I've got other stuff set up the way I want it.
