milesdavis Posted January 16, 2005 Posted January 16, 2005 hello. I don't get what I didn't do correctly. Out of state customers are getting charged in state taxes. I have the following set-up: I have a tax zone set up for my state, named: Colorado I have a tax class called "taxable goods" which I apply to all of my products (if they are ordered in state, then they would be taxable) I have a tax rate that includes the following: Priority = 1 Tax Class = taxable goods Zone = Colorado Tax Rate = 8.1% Now. I had a customer order something in Florida, to be shipped to Florida -- and It charged them colorado taxes? Please, any help would be tremendously apprecaited. md
