osc_beginner Posted January 16, 2005 Posted January 16, 2005 I set up OSCommerce but on the final step, when i click on admin and catalog, errors come up. Please help me work out what the errors are. You can see the admin errors if you click here and you can see the catalog error if you click here Please help me out, i've been trying to work this out for ages.

To fix the catalog error go into your cpanel and follow this directory path /home/vhosts/testing123.realfreehost.com/osc/catalog/includes/functions Find the sessions.php file and click on edit or you can edit it in edit plus or another program. On line 205 of the document you need to find a } symbol that is not supposed to be there! Then just delete it. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BACK UP ALL YOUR FILES FIRST!

When this happens you get different people telling you the same thing as they do not know what the others have already told you and do not know what has been tried already. ONE THREAD PER PROBLEM!!!! There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??

Won't happen again. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> install here instead http://testing123.realfreehost.com/catalog/ also use your user and pass to access the db. and buy your hosting. you shouldnt be using a free account for something like this anyways. far too unstable.
