Please read the earlier post, and then have a look at the following. What is the reason for the errors? Do i have to change the code? how? One is at ...catalog/admin/includes/configure.php file. This file is: <?php /* $Id: configure.php,v 1.14 2003/02/21 16:55:24 dgw_ Exp $ osCommerce, Open Source E-Commerce Solutions http://www.oscommerce.com Copyright (c) 2002 osCommerce Released under the GNU General Public License */ // define our webserver variables // FS = Filesystem (physical) // WS = Webserver (virtual) define('HTTP_SERVER', ''); // eg, http://localhost or - https://localhost should not be NULL for productive servers define('HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER', ''); define('HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER', ''); define('ENABLE_SSL_CATALOG', 'false'); // secure webserver for catalog module define('DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', $DOCUMENT_ROOT); // where your pages are located on the server. if $DOCUMENT_ROOT doesnt suit you, replace with your local path. Guest Posted January 15, 2005 Posted January 15, 2005 you need to just start the installation from the beginning from the install/index.php file as thie configure.php files have nothing in them. and rather than creating a new thread you need to continue in the same thread you started, as it is still pertaining to the initial question.

Is there anything wrong with them? The errors mention the files application_top.php ? What is the reason for this?
ozcsys Posted January 15, 2005 Posted January 15, 2005 What about the application_top files? Is there anything wrong with them? The errors mention the files application_top.php ? What is the reason for this? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If you do not have the correct information in your configure.php files your site will not work. If these are the files that are on your server then you need to run the install script as these files are empty of info. If they are not from your server then you need to post the ones that are. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
