Payment Sent, Orders Not Recording in Admin

Hey everybody,

My osCommerce setup has been driving me up the wall lately. I recently moved osCommerce from www.mydomain.com/catalog/ to www.mydomain.com/ and since that time, the admin side is not recording any of my orders. Currently I am only using PayPal as an accepted method of payment. After the customer places an order and sends payment via PayPal, the user is forward to the checkout_process.php page just as they are supposed to and the setup itself is perfect. When I go to the admin site, it shows the right number of orders in the pending. For example, if I had 22 orders and someone places an order, it shows 23 orders in pending. But when I go to view the order, it isn't there. Meaning, it is counting the number of orders properly, but not actually recording the data.

What can possibly cause this? Again, it happened only after I moved the directory of osCommerce and I'm thinking there is something I forgot to re-configure, but I have tried everything. Everything on the site is working perfectly except this and I have already re-installed the PayPal payment module and even the PayPal IPN module, and the same thing happens.

Thank you for your help in advance!

Does the detail from the order show up in the SQL database?

Posted
Yes, the MySQL database is showing the orders. It is simply not showing the data in the admin site.

Any recent changes to orders.php?

Posted

I appreciate your help! I have not edited the orders.php file specifically, but as I mentioned the entire catalog was moved from one directory to another. I will check on that file but I have not really made any changes to it. Do you know what else can cause something like this?
