Customer can't create new account

hi,

 

when the customer tries to create new account,even when the supplied email address is valid one error comes saying invalid email address.Not only that, when the continue button is pressed on this page some error code is also displayed on the next page::

I don't know what's going on?

 

 

Could anyone help me on this?
