Customer Feedback with upload of file

Hello,

 

I am trying to find the possibility of finding an upload with the contact_us.php

file.

 

i am making custommade products and I want to give the customer the possibility

when writing to send a picture of the products that he or she is thinking of.

I have seen that PHP supports the upload functionality but how is this done?

 

I have tried searching but the keywords customer+upload+file give enough hits just not the information I am looking for. Does anyone know of a contribution or can help me out to adapt that file.
