Guest Posted January 15, 2005 Posted January 15, 2005 I've searched and searched the forums, and can't seem to find a solution to my problem....... I've uploaded the Canada Post contributions (working thanks!) but here's my problem: We basically want a flat rate shipping system, but it changes depending on which province you are in..... 3 or 4 Provinces are $8, 2 are $7, some are $9, some are $11....... I've edited the zone.php file to allow 4 zones, but I can't seem to get it set up - when I try the checkout, I get a "Shipping cost not available to this area - You will be notified of the cost by email before your order is processed" message..... Help! Where do I change things so that based on the address people enter, it sets up the shipping rate for their Province?

Guest Posted January 15, 2005 Posted January 15, 2005 if you want a flat rate across all of canada, then do not use zone shipping but use table rate shipping <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I tried that - but it's not really based on weight or price - what we're doing is setting up a subscription service for supplies, so the packages will pretty much weigh the same each month, and cost the same each month....the shipping cost will vary depending on where they are in the country.....
