Draco Posted January 15, 2005 Posted January 15, 2005 I would like to know if a form can be created to be used within oscommerce? I have a small business where I sell business cards and wondered if I could have a form that a user filled in for their orders? It would need to have a user with an account and if no account to create one. Then it would be able to get a quote for what they are choosing as well as confirm the order cause once placed it can't be changed. Can this be done with oscommerce or should I use php and maybe a program like phpwebthings ( which I can't get to work LOL)
Jack_mcs Posted January 15, 2005 Posted January 15, 2005 Yes, you can use forms (see the Contact Us page). There is a set of functions for this built into oscommerce or you can use the standard form comands. The rest of the things you mentioned may require some coding to be done. Draco Posted January 15, 2005 Author Posted January 15, 2005 Where is the contact us page? If you mean the one in oscommerce, I suppose I could use it but not good for other things.
Guest Posted January 15, 2005 Posted January 15, 2005 Contact Us page is in the root directory as contact_us.php.
