Problems installing swedish language

I was trying to play with Oscommerce in my localhost and this is the 3th time that I have to reinstall all over again.

It?s the swedish language which cause problems:

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/languages/svenska/index.php' (include_path='.;C:\phpdev5\php\includes;C:\phpdev5\php\class') in c:\phpdev5\www\cata\index.php on line 33

 

the script has locked up,no reaction at all. Can someone help me with this.

 

What should I do?
