Admin Modules

In the admin section under modules there is only an install button. And clicking on that does nothing.

 

Same with Payment, shipping and Order Total.

 

 

Under tools the first thing I get is Backup directory does not exist. Please set this in configure.php

 

 

catalog/includes/languages/english): failed to open dir: No such file or directory

 

The define language area has a file manager button in it

Clicking on it goes to file manager with a drop down box in it. and error
