Email and phonenumber in orderconfirmation mail?

Hello.

 

I have a problem, the orderconformation mail now outputs this:

 

 

Name Lastname

Address

Zipcode City

 

But I want it to look like this:

 

Name Lastname

Address

Zipcode City

 

Email address

Phonenumber

 

 

How do I solve this? I tried to input $telephone and $emailadress in the SQL database but it just outputs blank.

 

I need this to work so my client can get more faster ways of contact without having to go into the system everytime a order comes in.

 

Please help me out guys :(
