Guest Posted January 14, 2005 Posted January 14, 2005 hi there... i would like to know if there is a module out there for a Manual Gateway. Our gateway went down yesterday, and as a result all orders from our sites could not go thru resulting in losses. We need a manual gateway that will allow us to manually process the customers orders in times when the automated gateway fails. please if anyone can help it would be appreciated a lot.
bobg7 Posted January 14, 2005 Posted January 14, 2005 Try Admin > Modules > Payment Modules > Credit Card Installed Contributions: CCGV, Close Popup, Dynamic Meta Tags, Easy Populate, Froogle Data Feeder, Google Position, Infobox Header Entire Row, Live Support for OSC, PayPal Seal with CC images, Report_m Sales, Shop by Price Revised, SQL Updater, Who's Online Enhancement, Footer, GNA EP Assistant and still going.

I need to enable the CVV for the OSC credit card module (original install). i cant use other contributions as the sites are already live and running a (modified)PayflowPro module. I need to run the credit card module as backup for when the gateway goes offline (emergency use). but the CVV number must be recorded to the database for manual processing. (client does have permission to store CVV in database temporarily) pls if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Take a look at buypcmods.com Try creating an account there and going through the checkout process. You will see what I mean. Take care. Hope this helps.

Guest Posted February 4, 2005 Posted February 4, 2005 Well we tried the simple cc CVV include and it doesnt work. Your client needs to bite the bulet and use CVV that way until we or someone can make a working simple CVV include. We were using API but it sux for fraud protection. Manual is the only way.
