Guest Posted January 14, 2005 Posted January 14, 2005 Okay, I have a customer in the UK who wants to buy merchandise from my shop that sells for $27 and weighs about one pound. When she (and I, I've checked and rechecked this with every permutation poss) check out, the cheapest shipping option is selected. When you go to the next page, all of a sudden you have this $40 shipping charge for something called Global Express Guaranteed Document Service. How do I fix this?
