how to include a file in a script

can anyone possible help me, i need to try and include or require a file in a script. If anyone is knowledgable in php please reply, thanks

i got as far as that, i need to include an external php script, but it keeps saying there is permission errors. I have chmod all the files to 777 including folders but it still is the same problem. any idea's...??

 

i am trying a iframe but i can't get it to extend the height to 100% of the other php.
