SSL in admin

I cant get SSL to work in admin, this is shared SSL.

 

Here is my config.php in the admin/includes dir:

Still no go.

 

I think the problem is this, when i put the URL for the admin it changes the Http://www.vaporstore.com into http://vaporstore.com thus not loading the secure url.

 

If I manually then put https://www.vaporstore... it loads fine with SSL.

 

So how do i keep it from changing the url?
