Coder for hire on proyect

Hello, I hope this is the right forum to place my for-hire request.

 

I am looking for an experienced osC coder (emphasis on the osC experience) to fix a heavily modified osC site. The URL is:

It uses osC pr2.2. There are a number of issues with it, as listed below:

 

1. No Shipping options are echoed when linking to catalog/checkout_address.php, and hence, when checking out, no shipping is charged.

 

2. Program includes free products after purchasing $X.XX in merchandize, but program is subtracting tax amount for free products in the "Total" line within catalog/checkout_confirmation.php

 

3. Program provides a discount for paying members, but the cost of membership or its renewal should NOT be counted towards the membership discount. This is calculated in catalog/checkout_confirmation.php

 

4. Shipping is currently flat per amount paid, but some items should carry NO shipping costs, and products within some categories should have a different shipping cost. I have found some contributions on this, but none can combine both requirements (perhaps contrib "Individual Product Shipping Prices - v1.0")
