Customer should be able to view a specific product

Hi,

 

I am developing a drug store. The client will submit his/her medical info at the store. Once the physician has viewed his/her medical history, one or a few specific medicines will be suggested for that client. So for every client/patient, there should be a specific set of medicines which he/she can buy. The client won't be able to even view other medicines. Thats what I am required to do as the owner's country has strict laws regarding the sale of drugs.

 

I have added the form and table need for storing and editing medical info of patients. But I'm a bit unsure if we can restrict the client to add to cart and purchase only a specific medicine. This seems to be quite a huge customization of oscommerce. And might not seem user-friendly too to many of us.

 

When the client comes again to buy a medicine, he/she will be able to buy only the medicine which our physician has prescribed him to buy.

Is there any contribution available? Even if its not exactly what I need, I am sure I can change it to suite my own requirements. I have to go live immediately and have to do some other customizations too.Dont have time to do coding from scratch.
