List a product but don't sell it?!? WHAT! Look ins

Hello -

OK hear me out here... I was wondering if there is a way to list products in the cart but not allow a customer to checkout with the item in their cart. See the thing is that one of our manufactures want all orders to go though their corprate website and do not allow the sell of their product on any other website! No questions asked. What I am needing/wanting is the following.

 

1.) To list product with a CALL FOR PRICE option. Items with this option enabled will not be able to be put in a shoping cart.

 

2.) Maybe make pricing available to these products only for certain customers.

 

Can this be done? The Product is AMSOIL (www.amsoil.com)if you are familure with their selling guidelines you may understand further what I am tring to do.
