Hi - the default page heading for a product is the name of the product. Have you had a look at the demonstration site, it can be viewed at:

If you install the Header Tags Controller contribution, you can have a unique title for each page of your site.

At the top of the page is a link to the contributions section. There will be a search string there. Type in Header Tags Controller. Should take you o it.

 

Yes, it allows you to add both of those meta tags.

 

If you use the Easy Popluate contribution, be sure to set the option to allow it to work with Header Tags. This will save you additional work.
