upload products as a .csv file?

we currently have a functioning ecommerce website but we are concidering a redesign and incorporating the oscommerce template.

 

Currently all our product info is updated by simply uploading an updated .csv file with all the new prices on it. Is this possible with oscommerce?

 

is there any support literature refering to this process and customising it?
