What I need:

 

I need to have a per item shipping. One for Canada, $15 and one for US $18 and one for the rest of the world. $35. I have already set up Canada, but how do I add a second per item shipping modeule?

 

Also. I want to create my own module, using a rate table for areas. As a DHL module. Using a rate by weight and by zone. Thanks
