Ken Eppers Posted January 12, 2005 Posted January 12, 2005 after a good install, i get to the catolog and admin buttons, if i click on the catalog button, i get this: Not Found The requested URL /catalog/install/://www.mayasmusic.com/index.php was not found on this server. when I click on the Admin button I get this: Not Found The requested URL /catalog/install/://www.mayasmusic.com/admin/index.php was not found on this server. Any Ideas or Help?
♥Vger Posted January 12, 2005 Posted January 12, 2005 Okay, you say that the install went well, but there is obviously something very wrong. It does not appear that your catalog folder and all of its subfolders are there. I suggest you access your site via FTP and see if the files are there. You should delete the 'install' directory after completing the installation - but not doing this usually only results in an error message that the install directory still exists. Until you verify what has happened to the files I would leave the install folder where it is - you may need it again! Vger
Ken Eppers Posted January 12, 2005 Author Posted January 12, 2005 I have found the problem... anyone that is experiencing this kind of problem, make sure you read the knowledge base, make it very simple. also make sure all your paths are correct...... mine problem was in the path www. my domain name.com/catalog/ I just put my domain name. also make a folder for your Cookies on your server and remember the path www. my domain name.com/Cookies/
