Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

this cart and xcart are the one im trying to install,,,,and no not on the same account but the same server...

Well, typing your domain name into my browser just gets a 'Cannot find server' error - which usually means that it is a brand new domain which hasn't yet had time to fully propagate on the server.

FTP to the root of your web files. Type -la into the blank box beneath MkDir on the right of your screen (WS FTP Pro), navigate out of the root directory, then go back to it, and you should then see the .htaccess file (normally a hidden file). Download it to your computer, then delete the one in your root directory. See if this helps. If it doesn't you can always restore it from the backup you took.

Well you obviously managed to install the 'Porn' directory okay, but my guess is that the file permissions for shop1/catalog and xcart don't allow anyone to view them. Looks like permissions are controlled by the server and not by the user on the domain.

and how could i fix this...

lol yes porn but no files...lol

this is my test ip....

is it just a chmod on the server side or something that needs to be addded to the .htaccess file or htpd.cong ?

thanks

You need to contact your hosting company, because it looks as though they may have the server set up wrong - or maybe they applied an upgrade which altered things for you. You have managed to install a phpNuke site in the 'shop' folder so it proves you were able to run installs at that time.
