But when i'm logged in then i can not change the prices so that they would include taxes. maybe i can change that somewhere manually with FTP....but what and where i should change?

The setting in admin only controls how prices are displayed for registered users. Guest users browsing the catalog only see prices without tax. Can anyone help here?

Can anyone help here? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually, I found that if I clicked my Tax Zone, clicked Details and then inserted an "All Countries" and "All Zones" policy, it updated for me. Whew!
